Регулятор для паяльника

Система для предотвращения перегрева паяльника путём периодического отключения. Сделана на базе AT Tiny 13. Соотношение времени включённого/выключенного состояний выставляется вручную и отображается на лампе. Если не брать паяльник, через определённое время регулятор его выключит. Настраивается период, таймаут отключения. Настройки можно запомнить в EEPROM.
